I dont think the Breaking Bad property is over for good. Its just so damn profitable and huge to just die. I see the franchise taking a break for a couple of years with merch and promotions here and there and then picking back up with another show. This universe is Vince is baby. For me what I truly want is an in-universe documentary about Heisenberg, in the perspective of the media and the general public about the events of the show. What are their reactions to everything, would they have some plot points be labeled as conspiracy theories? (Heisenberg causing the plane crash) And stuff like that

Alternatively, Salamancas would work really well if it’s about Hector becoming who he is. We see him learn about the drug world and discover where he fits into it through the eyes of a super young hector (maybe like 20?) It works well because every other Salamanca is significantly younger than hector so we can see completely new characters and since there wasn’t an insane amount of exposition given there is a good amount of freedom in how they choose to push the characters

The only way I could see most of these working is like a short anthology series with like 1 or 2 episodes dedicated to a character, but even then that's a stretch to make work in a satisfying manner

Nobody cares about Huell tbf to deserve a show. He was cute and nice, but not enough interesting to deserve his own show.

BCS was just fine until late 4th where we get some spicy and almost BB level of action. 5th is the best and 6th could've been better if they did something different that keep with the scams and maybe some more scenes of contemporary BB timeline instead of 2 episodes.

Jesse's show is the only doable and interesting idea.

I think that most of these could be handled in a single episode each so maybe combining all these ideas into a single series with each episode being self-contained

I feel like the only thing left for breaking bad would be a collection of short story episodes, maybe one for each character, either taking place before, during, or after BB or BCS. Like what Flynn does with the million bucks or seeing Jesse’s day before Hank raided the house in the pilot or even just a traumatic retelling of BB to an older Holly. Nothing for a full show.

The reason better call Saul worked is that Saul had no character arc, so they where free to explain why he is the way he is without needing his character arc to be incomplete.
