Those are not the real notes. It's a tenor sax so you need to transpose every note to the one lower. Like the first note you said was "C#" but it actually was "B#" and so on

You can play Bb easier by using the B natural key with the little one under it

8 years being a flute player in school reading sheet music from the beginning helped a LOT flute fingerings are pretty much the same on sax and Ive been switching from flute to piccolo to sax for awhile now they’re so fun<3
