I agree I think people should be earning not begging for money on the freeway off ramp or entrance, I do apologize I really think that people who are homeless, or people with disabilities should be allowed to actually sell water that's already freaken package what's with damn red tape and stupid government of California etc. should allow people to the reason I say this how likely is someone going to get sick from a water when it is package already by a commercial facility plus the lid is on pretty tight so I don't know what's wrong with the city of Orange, CA so someone can beg on the freeway off ramp but you can't make a honest living for making some extra pocket cash, I have a part time job already I have a disability I am getting ticked off with the city of Orange and other locations too I like my job but I don't make that much money but I would like to make extra pocket cash sorry, but I think it is really wrong I saw during the festival international food day they children was selling lemonade most likely with no permit! so not cool! *Please note it would help kids not get into drugs and have environment of having friends that are good type not bad type you get my point so wake up!
