Horrible location right opposite the ugly Imperial College building, students milling around all day, always coaches bringing school parties etc to the college, public park right close to the rear garden so no privacy/security.

Entrance, bedrooms kitchen dinning and outdoor space should present more on this video lack of highlights of material used and design presentation even the furniture maybe it's worth a 14m because of this stuffs... Smart architecture and first rate finish added to great location make this less overpriced then most on these videos.

I like the style and the finish looks excellent but like other comments, that kind of outlay gets something exceptional in much better locations. Be good to see updates on these videos to know if they sold and for how much. The developer would have done better to use the space for two three-bedroom units rather than a six bedroom unit. Agree with the comments on the kitchen - there really isn't much of one.

At 5.25 million (price Omaze will pay for this) the lack of a garage or at least a parking space would annoy me. Also would need to experience this house in rain (noise) and with guests / full family inside (privacy in bedrooms). Love the light access everywhere. Hackney is a horrible borough though.

It is gorgeous but the architecture is good for a tropical country. I wonder the isolation and in winter time how efficient is to keep it warm. Unless is double glassed. With tall walls and ceilings the heat disseminates easily. Unless there is glass ceiling reflecting sunshine all day long. To be more efficient I would have installed a solar boiler to help with the expenses. 250k can be used to buy a second house without being overwhelmed with the maintenance bills and I also wonder the taxes in London if you want to live in. How much does it cost in terms of council and taxes to own a property in London of this dimension...
