দেবজিৎ মুখার্জী একজন বিদগ্ধ অংকের শিক্ষক। একজন কাছের বন্ধু হয়ে যত দেখছি তত মুগ্ধ হচ্ছি। ছাত্র অবস্থায় প্রকৃত জ্ঞান পেতে গিয়ে আমরা যেসব সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হয়েছি, দেবজিৎ সেই অভিজ্ঞতার কথা মনে রেখেই তাঁর শিক্ষা কে বর্তমান ছাত্র ছাত্রীদের মধ্যে এমন একটা সহজাত তরলীকরণ করেছেন এককথায় সত্যিই অনবদ্য। আজকের দিনে খুব কম শিক্ষকই এরকম ভাবে পড়ান। দুর্ভাগ্য জনক , দেবজিৎ কে আজও সমাজের "সেই কর্ণধার শিক্ষক" দের সাথে লড়াই করে যেতে হচ্ছে যারা "লক্ষ্য" ছেড়ে "লক্ষী" কে আপন করে চলেছেন ! এতো কিছু পরেও অংকের প্রতি ভীতি দূরীকরণের যে প্রয়াস দেবজিৎ শুরু থেকে শুরু করেছিলেন তার প্রকৃত মূল্য পেলেন কোথায়? আমি আশা করব ভবিষ্যতের ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা ওনার কাছ থেকে আরো উপকৃত হোক।
