    You shouldn’t bury the rhizome of the Anubias. It will rot. Attach it to a rock and place it wherever you’d like. It will feed from the water column.

    Totally understand how mistakes happen...I found out the hard way that over-dosing de-chlorinator will remove too much oxygen from the tank, I am raising 200+ Angelfish fry in a 60 litre (2-foot) tank and topping up with about 5 litres of tap water with only 2 ml of Prime killed over 30 fish overnight...I have now gone to the effort of preparing RO-DI water with a $90 filter setup from eBay to top up my 2 tanks. Now trying to decide when and how to move them to a 200 litre (4-foot) tank that is freshly set-up and not really cycled sufficiently. Any ideas?

    • @LoneWolfAquatics
      @LoneWolfAquatics 11 วันที่ผ่านมา

      they sure do! and they happen to everyone! Oh man I am so sorry to hear that happen... personally I would wait until it is cycled. I would also make sure that the filter couldn't do any damage to the babies fins. and I would wait until they are just big enough to move without problems. how big are they?

    • @billharvey4744
      @billharvey4744 11 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@LoneWolfAquatics Thanks for the reply. The Angels are about 3/4" square now. I have a sponge pre-filter over the filter intake pipe and a couple of large sponge filters running. Dosed the 4 foot with API Quick Start bacteria. I'm thinking about putting some Danios or Tetras in there to get the tank cycling and move the Angels in the next week or two.
