I'm in South Florida and I have only been using 5W40 full synthetic in my 2011 Powerstroke. I tried changing to 15w40 before and truck didn't like it one bit. Only Rotella or motorcraft. If I could afford the more expensive oils I would.

I have a 5” straight pipe on my 14 6.7 with a 8” tip shit sounds mean I always get compliments on how she sounds at idle and gettin on her on the highway 🤘🏼
