I am getting a white tree frog soon. I have a 20 gallon tank set up with everything from heating lamps to fresh moss and automatic mist-ers. I however am not thrilled about the crickets as they are loud. If i fed my frog calcium/frog vitamins and meal worms (or other quiet bugs) would she get the nutrients she needs? Or do i definitely need to feed her crickets?

Had a white tree frog for over 15 years handled it almost everyday with not a single problem I always washed my hands and arms before and after with no soap or any chemicals and like I sayed never had any issues had a few friends with the Same results so personally I think it's fine to handle them but you do whatever you feel comfortable with.

I have lots of stuff in mines enclosure , but they like to stick on the sides of the glass??

That was actually a really informative video. American toads make THE best amphibian pet. They are extremely hardy, and edaptable, compared to any reptile, amphibian, or aquarium fish I've ever kept. They are affordable to keep, easy to feed.

Has anyone dealt with a beardie that literally spits all her greens, esp leafy greens. She will eat some veggies but not greens. She has a appetite for any fruit and/or bugs but no greens. She was also fed too much fruit by her previous owner and has issues with her teeth so now fruits are often very minimal. She is also obese from previous owner so has been on a diet almost for a year.

Good way of cleaning dead skin off the tank glass is removing the frogs and scraping it off with a razor blade, then rinse with water

hey! I Was Gonna Ask If I Could Add Wild Plants into my tank with my 2 whites tree frogs?

I just recently got a little Australian whites tree frog and (using he because we don't know the gender) he kinda just sits there, we usually feed him 5 crickets once per day but he only eats around 2-3 of them (he's 2 months old) he also doesn't move a lot and sleeps at the end of the day. Is this normal? We got a decent size cage for him and yeah. So, Say hi to Pickles :D

9:17 !!! I'm so excited for my babies to grow up! I got two baby lavender hognose about a month ago. I can't wait to see what their colors look like when they get older. One of mine already looks very lavender and pretty 😊
