Love your videos! Always interesting to notice that the girls that know their stuff have smaller or less elaborate kitchens…sign of a master.
Gorgeous! How many years did it take to get this big ? 😍
How tight do you screw down the lids before placing them in the water bath?
information!!!
I here from Tic Toc… Thank you Madam 😃🤗😃
Thanks for stopping by!
Thank you for the how to butterfly a Turkey
I am a new subscriber and just watched your b&b pickles video and jumped to this one. WOW when did you renovate the kitchen? Love it
Nothing i admire more than someone who does canning correctly. I've been canning over 50 years. I just subscribed!
can we not just put only peels without fruit?
Where can l get a crate of tart cherry from
So is it ok to fill jars and have them sit waiting for canner? Like one batchi did have 9 quarts, only 7 fit in canner at time. So i filled the other 2 and then when canner was emptied of last batch put them in to heat up to simmer while i l made/filled 5 more quarts. By time i got the 5 ready the canner was simmerimg again (with other 2 in it) put the other 5.in and boiled for 45. I just wasn't sure what to do with the extra 2 quarts..i wasnt sure if i should just leave in pot and add to it or do what i did??
Love the sweet conversation between you and your daughter. What a wonderful way to teach the next generation.
Thank you so much for posting this! I have a question...can I do this and cranberries together?
Loved this explanation of making pots using bags. Many thanks!
And then after you're done, strain out the solids, add sugar and reduce it down into a syrup 😉
I was pleased to see you sterilize your funnel, butter knife and tongs. It only takes a second to stay safe and sanitize everything. Keeps your family healthy. Great video.
First time seeing your video. Very well done! Thank you!
Is the nutritional content affected by heating it?
Yes, it does
How do you disinfect the lids and rings? How long do you keep them in boiling water?
First time watcher. Great job! Thank you from North Carolina.
Beautiful presentation
Your peaches look so pretty and red. I will be doing the same job. I like your method. ❤
Do the cucumber have to be pickling ones or will the table ones work?
Hi I’m now a new subscriber 😊 I loved your step by step instructions! Thank you so much! When I first cut my peach and took the pit out, the red left in the center was hard. There I was trying to cut that part out and left with a few for jelly lol. I see it’s ok to have that part. Sigh lol off I go to start over! 😁
I’ve been looking at these juicers, now that I have seen some me in action I’ll be buying on!! Thank you for posting!!!❤
Brilliant advice ❤ thank you
A great video! Thank you for sharing your knowledge! My peaches turned out great.
Last time I canned peaches the canner water was pink and the outside of the jars were very sticky. The lids sealed ok, but some of the syrup must have leaked out. Thoughts???
Beautiful! I’m doing mine tomorrow.
Came for the canning lesson. Stayed for the comic relief.🤣🤣🤣
They turned out beautiful
Hello when canning peaches Do you prefer buying hard or soft peaches and dose it matter boiling them hard or soft
Ya got a subscriber lady, like the way you don't dilly dally
Very good teacher! Peaches look beautiful!
I am new to canning and I have my first garden and lots of cucumbers! I’m following your video step by step! Thank you so very much for such easy to follow instructions! I can’t wait to eat them!
I started a garden this yr for the first time. Last night I made my first jars of bread and butter pickles and I did it just like you said.. almost. I packed the pickles in the jar then poured the brine in. Problem was my cold pickles in the semi hot water caused one of the jars to bust. It’s was a mess but anyways.. next time I’ll be sure to put the pickles in the brine first. I plan on opening these up July 4th and try another recipe next. Ty for the hard work.. I’ll update on the 4th when I get to try them!
These are half gallon jars. NOT QUARTS?
same music as RVer.tver guys videos.
how many cherrys do you need to make the 5 quarters? thank you
thinner makes better bread & butter pickles say that 10 times
thank you my mom made this with thin slices and i been looking for the recipe. i would still a jar on the way to school and she be so mad. but so good. thank you good memories
How do you know if your peaches have sealed. Thank you
I always remove the bands after canning. I wash the tops and put them away without the bands. This allows me to confirm that they are sealed, and clean them up so they don't grow mold with any sugar that leaked during canning!
Hi is the first time watching your video i love how you teach and you've helped me a lot i learned many things from you thank you
You are so welcome! Thank you!
Your son was so sweet and friendly. You have to be very proud of him. Most would hide and not say a word. I am going to make some of those. Thank you for sharing.

I get coffee grounds and tea bags from coffee shops like Starbucks, egg shells, and any scapes from the kitchen.
Thankyou for this video. I canned some pears last week for the first time. Now the pears in the top of the jars turn brown. The lid is still perfectly sealed. Please some advice what I could have done better?
As I peel my pears to prepare for canning, I put them in a bath of water and ascorbic acid to help prevent browning. That helps a lot! Also, be sure you cover them with your sugar water in the jars.
Love your videos!
Thank you!
So good , i put a tea ball in with a bay leaf, whole allspice, and peppercorns and let it simmer wit the soup then just remove the tea ball but y get the flavors
