Great analysis as usual, avoid the HAL Factor with good IT strategy. Wonder when DGX GH200 supercomputer due at year's end can be available as a viable option for AI datacenters and AI factories, maybe in a few years with accelerated computing, and AI generally becomes cost effective, still need to learn best uses and application. Looking past the 2 to 3 year timeframe. Plenty of time for preparation. Maybe will move past generative transformers into multi-paradigm with more advanced AGI and be more useful and generally applicable to IT and business enterprises.

Interesting as always, how does this logical layer differ from say the concept of an ESB which also provides a common layer of abstraction over components with variable and changing implementation ?
