120 Toyota Prado Washer Jet Upgrade to Hilux Washer Jets
How to replace and upgrade Toyota Prado 120 (2003-2009 model) washer jets with 'Hilux' washer jets. The original Prado washer jets have two streams of water and give a pretty dismal spray, whereas the Hilux jets give a wide spray pattern and spread water wide across the windscreen, and they fit the 120 Prado! This is one of the best cheap upgrades or mods you can do for a 120 Prado. I wish I did mine sooner. If you found this video helpful let me know by giving it a thumbs up 👍 . If you really really liked it and want to show it, you can buy me a coffee at www.buymeacoffee.com/loveofvideo
I bought genuine Toyota Hilux washer jets on ebay. They were marked as genuine and arrived in genuine Toyota packaging and they work great, so I'm pretty confident they are indeed genuine. Cost was about $52 a pair. Link: (no affiliation)

Side note: dash mat carpet was done by All Vehicle Upholstery in south Brisbane and is a great way to get a permanent dash mat and hide the notorious cracked dash these 120 Prados get. Our dash carpet is about 4 years old and is still going strong. (no affiliation) allvehicleupholstery.com.au/

How to repair and reinforce large ABS plastic items using ABS slurry.
มุมมอง 252K4 ปีที่แล้ว
In this video, I show you how I repaired and reinforced a large item made out of ABS plastic by painting on several layers of liquid ABS plastic 'slurry'. I repaired several large cracks and strengthened weak areas in the ABS plastic roof of our hardshell roof top tent, and I'm really happy with the results. The rooftop tent no longer leaks and we should get plenty more use out of it. The total...

Not helpful! I own a 2003 prado v6 petrol and this was absolutely useless. Its like my glove box was designed completely differently. Right from step one- didnt work. Please can you specify this seems to be for a toyota prado with a diesel engine only. Not the petrol!

Great set up and love the ideas - how did you get the location of the screws to get into the chassis? Trial and error? Also, a suggestion is to buy one or two spare tables so if yours brakes you have a spare - never know in 5 years time - table breaks and they have changed the size

A small however valid observation. Know your audience. If you wish to communicate something and effectively have the target group discern the information, there are rules of communication which must be followed. Spelling and grammar is one of them. I am the worst. If there is ambiguity this can lead to misconceptions and failure or even more concerning, total ignoring of the information. Here is my point. Use acronyms properly. It is easy to do. First spell out the phase or words then place in parentheses ( ) the acronym. I'm my case, I my world deals with welding and not wood working. I had to stop, look up an acronym and then return to your presentation. How many viewers have the time to do this because an acronym was used which is outside a part of the viewership's list of known acronyms. How many acronyms share the same group of letters but mean totally different things because they are commonly used in different disciplines. So why not use acronyms properly and remove the potential of miscommunication? There is no valid rationale not to do so. This is a constructive criticism from a member of your audience. Please accept it as such.

Great drawer set. What do you reckon they weigh? Good stuff across the board though as far as modular and removable, I was thinking some scrap hardwood for the slides but the HDPE will definitely work better.

Do you have a video on the making of the drawers. I’m looking to do this in my 2022 Pajero sport but would need to remove 3rd of seats and possibly install false floor (that would stay if I wanted to remove the drawers like you can).
