In addition to her coaching, Elizabeth co-founded "Mother & Daughter Entertainment", a production company she runs with her daughter, Isabella Blake-Thomas. Elizabeth’s directorial credits span over 20 films, ranging from romantic comedies to psychological thrillers, all centered around themes of personal growth and human connection. Elizabeth Blake-Thomas is not only an accomplished director and creativity coach but also a prolific author with three published books. “Arabella" is one of her key works, a fictional novel that showcases her ability to weave compelling narratives for younger audiences, blending life lessons and humor.
Her book "Filmmaking Without Fear" serves as a comprehensive guide for aspiring filmmakers, offering insights into the creative and logistical challenges of directing and producing films.
