Please find your Brother product via the Brother website here: sewingcraft.brother.eu
After you are on the website, and you have found your product, navigate to the “downloads” tab, and press “latest updates, manuals and support materials”.
On this next page, press “downloads”, then next please choose what operating system your computer is, either windows or Mac and which operating system you are running, such as Windows 11, when that is done, press “ok”.
Next, on screen it will say “update software” in blue text, press that button.
Next page, press “Agree to the EULA and download” in the big blue box.
Now, your computer will begin downloading the update file. After it has finished downloading, put your update file on a blank usb stick by copy and pasting, or click and dragging the update file onto your blank usb stick.
