Thanks for the support Man. I want it so bad. I know that I am close. I want to get this dollar so we can start out RLAARLO builds together. I have the 787. Maybe we can get some custom parts and insight from the Man in the comments (Kanzi RC). Some of the RLAARLO builds that he has been apart of are beautiful.

I did not widen the wheelbase. I just lowered the vehicle. The foams last a while once you dial in the suspension. Check out our other videos. We cover what we did with the suspension. Thank you for checking out our video.

Thank you Man. I am trying to hit the 100 mark but I need more space to top it out. I am going out for my first night run tonight. Did swap your battery connectors on your TT? I am thinking about going to 8MM bullets. I swapped the ESC to a Mamba Monster X and went up to a 33T pinion.

@@dexterdcdexter Oh nice! Nah, I gave it a rest after hitting the goal. It was a lot of work and frustration to get there but I'm gonna put some bigger bullets on there soon. I think 7mm bullets should be plenty, but 8mm will give you less resistance and maybe a higher top speed. That ESC is the way to go.. very good choice 👍 You could also solder it directly to the motor wires if you don't plan on swapping motors out often.

@@dexterdcdexter Any time, and thank you! I'm no expert, but I will share what I've learned so far. It's getting kind of frustrating not being able to hit the goal yet.. but I'm learning along the way from the guys who have already done it.

Hey. I cover the handling over several of the videos that I have posted. Check them out and I bet that you can figure out from those videos how you would like to adjust your handling for your particular driving style. Dialing in a RC car for your own personal driving style takes a little bit to dial in but once you dial it in the first time, you will be able to dial it in on all of your cars. It is a very personal subjective thing. In your instance, I would say start off with a good set of tires and maybe lower and stiffen the suspension. Add a gyro maybe. I go over everything that I have done to my MJX in my videos. I do not hide anything about my builds.

I don't have a specific video but the topic is important enough for me to make a video on it. Our car hit 89 MPH and there is no way that it would hit that speed without the suspension tuning. That is a good idea for a future video. I will try to put something together specifically on the suspension tuning. Thank you for the idea and thank you for watching.

Well, the car is not as durable as people say. i have bent the chassis many times and you need to constantly buy replacements

Upgrade and make adjustments to your vehicles and you will probably feel better about them. I love my Hyper Go 14-210's just as much as my ARRMA, TRAXXAS, MCD, LOSI, FSR, WL TOYS, HPI, TAMIYA,RLAARLO, KYOSHO, TEAM CORALLY, HNR, HABAO HOBBYWING AND HELION VEHICLES. None of these vehicles stock are perfect. The gears that come on the XRT are way less desirable than anything that came on my Hyper Go. The gears that come on the X-Maxx and XRT might be the worst gears ever on a stock RC car period. A lot of people who purchase the XRT or X-Maxx get rid of the Motor and ESC after the first run because the power if not sufficient. Both of them are $1,000 dollars. The steering rack on the Arrma Outcast 8s is not the best best. The motor that comes on the Oucast 8S could probably be a lot more powerful for my liking. The tires that came on the Arrma talion and the Traxxas Xrt were not the best. My Asuga A arms needed to be shimmed and tightened after 2 runs. My MJX 14-210 now will absolutely destroy my Asuga in a on road race and I can buy 4 of them for the same price that I bought my 1 Asuga. In my opinion the Typhon is a way better buy than the Asuga. Again, that is subjective. After I adjusted the suspension and added new shock oil to my Losi mini 8 t, it handled better than my Arrma Felony stock. On my RLAARLO Omni terminator carbon edition, I had to tighten up the rear suspension and swap the ESC to a hobbywing 10 BL 120 before I really liked driving it. The Dog bones on my Arrma Fireteam pop out of the drive cups all of the time. Same with my Talion. The wing and wing support on my Typhon breaks on almost every bash session. It may be subjective but I do feel that most RC Cars will need something done to it so it satisfys your personal driving style. I love all of my vehicles (accept my Helion's). Just have fun whatever way this hobby allows you to. DRIVE, FLY, CRASH, BREAK, FIX, REPEAT. HAVE FUN!!!

@dexterdcdexter my Team Corally asuga is perfect out of the box ! Goes 55 MPH. And handles really well 1/8. If I modify the car it will do 65 mph. It's a massive car more like 1/7 scale. Your having fun that's the main thing ! Thanks for your video 😊 is your name Dexter? Or your a Dexter fan ?

@philpowell1162 I love the show, and it is a play on the name because we are killing it. LOL. I hope you give the hyper go another try after upgrading the steering, suspension, and tires. You will not believe how much of a difference it makes. Swap the steering rack for metal. Use larger screws in the rack to eliminate the steering slop. If you have the wheels for the 14-210, kindly put them in the garbage/recycling and replace them with 1/10 th on road tires. Lower the vehicle. If you have the 14-301,302 or 303, swap the A Arms and the CVDs out of the 209 or 210. I agree that the 14-300 series handling is not good and rolls under itself all of the time. Once you widen the stance, lower it, and stiffen up the shocks, you will not believe the results. I like my Asuga as well. I just need to stop allowing my neighbors' kid from driving it full speed into a stone wall. OOPS!!! LOL. Hopefully, you will get to see me racing my 14-210 against my friends modified 6S infraction soon. He lost twice last week, and he thinks that I don't know that he put a 160 amp ESC in this week. I know he is reading this message as well. LOL. I will be ready for him on Sunday, though. His infraction is going to end up in a room covered in plastic sheets with me standing over it with a blood sample. DEXTER!!!! I hope you get a chance to get out and bash this weekend. Cheers

I love my new hyper go 1/14 infraction looking truck...i ran it with 3s 1300 80c ovonic at night in front of my house..for me it goes fast and straight..my guess is 45mph since others are getting 42 mph from 3s stock ion batts...is there a way to get it 50mph or better pretty easy?maybe add foam wheels etc..thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience .

The 14-303 and the 14-210 have the same ESC.

Put a bigger pinion and cheap hobbywing 10 BLS 120 amp esc on there and you will see that thing move. The MOD 0.6 gears can take it. We are currently using a 32 tooth pinion in all of our Hyper Go vehicles.

Shim the front and rear lower arms then tighten them back downs. Should solve the wobbles for you. Also use larger size screws in the steering rack to eliminate the slop. On the pillow balls in the drive cups, use a little piece of shrink tubing between the screw and the pillow ball to eliminate the slop. That should tighten up the steering dramatically. I hope that helps. I just hit 89 MPH today.

I used the shocks out of the Hyper Go 16-210 to get the truck lower. The tires are a cheap set off of Aliexpress.com

I drilled it out. Then had to use longer srews and shaved the threads to create a hinge pins

There is a little bit of modification. The rear metal shock tower does not align with the 14 series

100 amp and it still blew up. Do not put money into that thing. Save your $$$$ and get an Arrma or MT410. Trust me. The Bison is a money pit and will break from just about anything. Not worth it at all. If the the Bison was 100 bucks, then I would say that it was worth it. The $62.00 WLtoys 1/18 A959 is a way better option than the Bison in my eyes.
