You made a mistake on number five. Its London to Edinburgh so it should be 200-3 1/2 which is 196 1/2. Then times by two which is 393. Hope this helps! Oh sorry didn’t know you corrected it 😅

question 22, easier solution is if 4 digit x 9 equal still 4 digits, T has to be 1, because R different with T, so won't be 1, if bigger than 1, then time 9 will make 5 digits as well, so R only choice is 0.

For question 17 why do you plus 18+14 and 18+15? and then multiply the sum of both?

for question 13) I tried simultaneous equations. I let: x=area covered by 1 layer of rug y=area covered by 2 layers of rug z=area covered by 3 layers of rug Since the total area of floor covered is 60, regardless of overlaps, we know: 1) x+y+z=60 Question tells us area covered by two layers of rug is 12 2) y=12 so we therefore know the area covered by either 1 or 3 layers of rug is 60-12=48: 3) x+z=48. But that's as far as i got Edit: I realise that my working didn't use the fact that the total area for the 3 rugs is 90. I got the total area of overlapped rugs equal to 90-60=30, so we have a fourth equation: y+z=30 (which I'm not sure makes 100% logical sense; clearly doesn't since z would work out to be 30-12 = 18 which isn't an option). Edit 2: Got z=9, by rewriting new equations with the same variables, also before finding the same simultaneous method he did at the end of the question.
