I feel like eBay has more sellers rights. I have an eBay account if about 8 years so they are willing to help me out. Vinted I feel like has less support, but the prepaid labels are nice, fairly affordable to spotlight your wardrobe. A couple of hints. : 1. Don't miss up your postage, especially royal mail. If it get flagged as incorrect size or weight and the customer refuses to pay the fee if like £5 (it's extortionate), then it sits around for like 2 weeks before they ship it back to you, completely bullshit as they don't charge you anything extra for bringing it back?? It's just frustrating. Always take royal mail post into a post office and get a receipt, without that proof your chances of compensation for loss or damage is low, but from experience the compensation without proof is usually 8 1st class stamps. Yodel is a great alternative if you have a Yodel store nearby. Evri is the same deal, it's cheaper than royal mail for anything over the size of a large letter and less than 1kg, maybe a VHS or thin trousers, you know? Charging for postage feels more honest in the long run but people are fixated on free postage costs to make sure to bundle the shipping cost in the price if resting shipping to free. Anything breakable in any way do not trust shippers, wrap it up well, and royal mail has the most relaxed shipping prohibited list. 2. It's free to sell on eBay with a private seller account (not registered as a business). That means no fees for a basic listing or selling. Ads di apply fees, it's charged at the rate if the advert, I've found it can be worth it for a saturated item such as Xbox games, but generally not worth putting ads on. 3. Use eBay buy it now listings, it used to cost but it doesn't now. Auctions can be good. But it can be just as effective to list an item at just buy it now with offers enabled, then you can choose to accept or decline offers or send counter offers. It's more like bartering with the option of someone just paying the full price. Auctions can leave a bitter taste in your mouth sometimes. 4. Vinted has a 'spotlighs wardrobe's feature. It's like eBay ads really. It can be his and miss. The main benefits is that people might favourite your items more as the listings will go to the top. When you get a notification that someone has liked your item on vinted, you can click on it, a blank conversation starts with that person, at the top is a make an offer button so you can proactively send offers if you want to. List stuff maybe 30% more and then discount it 30%. Buyers pay fees on vinted and their own postage so it could be worth listing at a lower price than other sites or shops. 5. Returns can be a nightmare. As long as you follow the procedures you'll be fine. With eBay: set return policy to no returns. Take a lot of pictures, like almost too many pictures. Run a lint roller over it all and keep it in a shipping bag out if the way. 99.9% of people I've interacted with on eBay and vinted after 806 items sold on eBay and 127 vinted sales, but there is always one or two. Here's a few tales I remember. Vinted: I had someone buy a large coat. When they received it the colour wasn't what they were expecting (most phones do colour correction and make the colours look off). Vinted return policy is not the greatest, buyer always pays for returns. I felt empathetic at the time, I just told them to list it on their account and I'll buy it off them, I basically paid for their shipping plus some fees for being a buyer on my side. Vinted again: sold a teddy bear. Very nice little white one with a heart. My elderly cat was being a nightmare, we think she had cat dementia as she would move sleeping spit every night and climb on everything. She got in to bears and slept on them and the bear got fleas on it. I just gave a full refund and told them to do whatever with the bear really. eBay: a lady ordered 4 packs of homemade gift tags. They weren't what she thought they were, even though the sizes were clearly listed. Our policy was returns accepted, buyer pays return shipping. So she sent them back to us and got a refund minus the shipping back to us. eBay again: This is the kind of scammy one I guess. Had someone order 2 collectible stickers. When they arrived they claimed that the postman had dropped the package in a puddle and water damaged the sticker. They sent a photo and it looked just peeled hot water damaged. Contacted eBay support and they said just follow the procedures then I'll be fine. When I got the sticker back if was just peeled hot damaged. I could have, and probably should have reported them for abusing the return system which you can do with eBay, but I was pissed off enough that the item back in resalable condition was enough for me. So they basically got a buy 2 get 30% off with free shipping and used the shipping label I provided (was trying to meet eBay star seller which requires free returns for buyers) . So it cost me like £3 in return shipping and they got to keep one of the stickers at the discounted rate. I hope that helps, it's a lot if information. I'm sorry 😂

I don't like the cold spots this style makes. You should try a large tin with a smaller one inside (the bigger the better). Large one sits upside down with the smaller one cut through vertically in the middle. The large one gets 1" holes along its lip, the small one gets holes all around the bottom and a ring of small ones at it's lip. Solo stoves have this design. They act as little incinerators and get a double ignition from the escaping wood gas. Almost 0 smoke when it gets hot too
