How did you get the plane with 3 engines? Edit: how did you get flaps? Edit 2: how did you get reverse thrust?
I don't know how to answer the first two, but I do know that the J-33 "Wheesley" and the J-90 "Goliath" turbofan engines are capable of reverse thrust. You just need to assign an action group to them to activate it.
1. mods, 2.mods, 3. Both the goliath and wheesly engines both have reverse settings
The three engine planes was made by smushing together different fuels parts and engines, at least it looks like it. The flaps are stock, you set a keyboard button to them. The reverse thrust is stock on some engines.
you can make flaps in stock by: • place a control surface on the back of a wing, • disable every axis control for the control surface, • set the deploy angle to something like 15° • assign the control surface deploy to a custom action group
