way too far away thats why i learn from a seasoned photographer you are the most important person get as close and as far away as you need and control the audience. a lot of shots you can get and make the pastor redo them to get uo close and personal shots. blew me away when i seen him do that. but i see why hes a on location island wedding photographer
Yes I've been able to get it a little closer and use it even more for audience camera also. It's pretty valuable still!
@@cbcinematics good stuff. continued blessings to you
@DANNYBLVCK likewise my friend ✊️
Sir plzz help plzzz sir like other TH-camr using transformation node in fusion tab using centre x to zoom in a particular area but as I'm using it why my whole video beings to move I want to use it to create smoth zoom in how can I do plzz sir help me
yes that would be great
Thanks for watching and supporting my channel 🙏🙌
I'm trying to do this with my Rode ntg 2 and getting a terrible rf/interference noise. Seems like a grounding issue, but I dont get why this is a problem for me and not you. Any ideas?
It might be the cable from the rode shotgun mic to to 3.5mm jack adapter. Ive found those cheapo ones can have quality issues! Try changing that little adapter and that might fix it!
@@cbcinematics Once we actually got things up on a boom pole with intergrated XLR inputs, it grounded the connection and the buzz went away! We boomed a short with it yesterday, and while I haven't edited it yet, it sounded great during production.
Great honest video. Just like all other things it will have its limitations however I feel that most ppl just say the same things over and over just to agree with others. If you were to put any mic in a situation where there was a lot of action and movement you run the risk of some type of failure. If it’s not the main “oh it doesn’t screw in” excuse you for sure will have bottled the actually audio by clothing rubbing on the actual recording, wind noise of some sort etc. I have a Tascam DR-10 and to be honest one thing that bothers me is not knowing if it is actually recording still. I film weddings and once you send it on the Groom, I just cross fingers that nothing has happened. Even it has failed me once but like you said redundancy is the answer to all issues when it comes to audio. I think the DJI is much better than the Rode because it can all us to be more creative in our work more continently. Simple ease of life mechanics like it being able to just attach to the phone with ease rather than using a cord etc. Thank you for shedding some light on this topic!
Yess indeed. I definitely try to soeal about stuff based on my actual experience. You are exactly right, and I'm glad this video was helpful to you! 🙏
Looks very professional. Serious device.
i have a 3d car im trying to animate to rotate is this some thing you could explain for me. thank you
Yes you can make a key frame for it on the Y-axis of the transform node. I hope this makes sense. If you still have issues, maybe I can record myself do it and send it over. Let me know.
Cool video! Like to see what kind of components are being used and loved how you explained how you put it together
Thanks bro!! I did try to be myself and make the video a bit different than a typical rig video. I'm glad you enjoyed it 🙏
excellent vid. you do your best with what you have and knowing what their limitations are. you made great work of it
That's the key!! You're right. Thank you very much. FYI, we still use this little camera on every wedding. But in its strengths! Thanks for watching and supporting the channel
Good story, blackmail is the ultimate evil weapon, surprised it hasn't been used on Trump!
🤣🤣 this comment cracked me up. But I'm so happy my little story could be understood! This all stemmed and originated from a dream I had. So trying to bring it to life so others can experience my dream too was a challenge, but it allowed us to lean into every skill we have. Thanks for watching and your support.
Cast is all skinny dorks
Explained very well. Thank you so much!
I'm so happy to hear this helped you!! I've been very busy with work, but I have a whole slew of new content coming!! Thanks for supporting my channel and watching 🙏
Couldn’t just use the mke direct into the transmitter and bypass the zoom? Unless you wanted the audio in camera
You can! But you don't get the Zoom Clean Pre-amp. The dji would have a slight hiss. But you bypass it by borrowing the dji wireless features with the pre-amp power of the zoom and get a clean sound 😉
Is there a way to recenter the transform node so that, for example, you want to rotate the video from the corner and not the middle?
That's a good question! I'm not sure if know a way to do this! I believe there is a way to move the "anchor point" maybe and then rotate and control from that point. But I don't know if that's possible with the transform node specifically. I'm sorry!! I wish I could be more helpful! Have you been able to figure it out? If so, do share so we can all learn 🙏🙏
Why not just use the shotgun for the h6?
Occasionally, the size of the h6 may not be suitable for certain pockets, spaces, or locations. In such cases, a smaller body that can be plugged in or is completely wireless can be advantageous. Additionally, the receiver allows for remote monitoring of the audio, a feature not available when using only the shotgun for the h6. Furthermore, the h6 lacks the benefit of 32-bit float audio recording. I could elaborate further on the value this setup offers, but I hope this provides some insight into its versatility. 🙏
I was thinking about buying the Rode Wireless Go II, thinking that DJI would not be compatible with boom microphones. You saved my purchase
Now with the DJI to Sony adapter, you can connect directly to the digital input of the Sony shoe mount. This way, it transmits audio at 24bits 48kHz.
I wish dji would sponsor me now 😆jk. But I'm glad this helps!
Excellent video. Sound ideas.
Thanks! I'm glad this info is valuable to folks 🙏
good video
Thanks!! I'm glad this video is still helping folks 🙏
Awesome.
Thanks! 🙏🙏
Wow! thanks for the tips
You're very welcome! Definitely a cool discovery. Glad I could share it with others! 🙌
Since you usually need to put an entire image (and not only text) over the screens, DVE node y/or corner pin does the job pretty well.
That's cool! I never knew about the DVE node. I need to make a whole video about it. As much as I've been editing and doing vfx, 3d composites from blender into davinci...I never knew about it! Thanks man🙌
Thank you that was very helpful.
I'm glad to hear it was helpful! More content to come! I have some cool topics in the works 🤗

Glad to have you here! You're very welcome 🤗
This was super helpful! Thank you so much for doing this 🙌🏾
You're very welcome my friend! I'm glad this was helpful to you!! 🙌 more to come 😁
A DVE node will also do the job pretty well.
I never knew about this node, man! Great comment and feedback! I need to tinker with this node a lot more and make a video about it. Cool stuff! Thanks! I learned something new. 🙌🙏
You have very interesting lessons. I don't understand why there are so few views.
I don't create content based on trends. I create valuable content and cover topics that are very niche and actually help editors. Some of my videos get a lot of views, but not ones like this that are very targeted to individual editor challenges. Sometimes my videos get a lot of views later when the topic becomes trending. Either way, I appreciate you recognizing my work, and the views will come in time, bro. 🙏 Thanks for supporting my little channel here. 🤗
Watched the video. Liked it, thank you very much! I have never met anyone who would cover this topic in such detail. Now everything is clear and understandable, thank you very much again.
You're very welcome, my friend! That's the goal! I can't wait to cover every aspect of editing! I don't know everything, but I'm very happy to share anything and everything I do know. I'm so happy to hear this was helpful to you! More to come. ✊️🤗
I'm watching you from Ukraine, thanks for the video :)
@@cthutq-t9v you're very welcome! 🙂
It’s better to produce more video test in the street than more talking😂
Haha yep. Agreed! I've been still using it and it's a great lens. Quirky, but good!
It is not clear how the individual clip works. If possible, show it in your video and what the result is. I still end up with a single video.
Yep, I definitely plan to go more deep dive into it. This is just an introduction to the page 😁 I will definitely cover it in the next video. Stay tuned my friend 🙌
❤❤
Thank you for sharing
Thanks for watching and you're very welcome! I hope this video was helpful to you!
THANK YOU
You're very welcome!
Hi, have a look at just using a CornerPositioner node after the PlanarTransform
Yes you're right. That works too! the corner positioning is very useful for this particular case but can pose some challenges with more complex composites down the road! But since you're the second person to mention it, I might need to make a video on that along with when to use it and when not. I just needed to have a use case for teaching 3D Planes. Lol.
Why with a 3D plane? Its easier to use corner positioning.
Yes, using corner points is easier in this example, but it may pose challenges for beginners due to their limited experience in handling potential issues. Moreover, corner positioning has limitations and is only applicable in certain situations, particularly on flat surfaces. But, using a 3D plane simplifies the process, eliminates potential complications, and simultaneously introduces an additional valuable tool to the user's skillset.
I can’t believe this has less than 500 views!!! It deserves way more than that. Very well done, people. You should feel proud of your creation. I would like to see more of this developed in the future. Thanks for sharing.
Your comment means so much! This was actually intended to be an example of what I would like to do with a bigger budget. It's a prototype, basically. It was meant to show what we are able to do, so now we are trying to pitch the idea to potential investors and producers to get funding. That's the only reason it's quietly released! Lol. We plan to have a much louder launch in the fall. But the fact you said this means so much. We put a lot of work into the universe, characters, and story. This isn't even half of it. It's a crazy world and I'm happy I got to bring this to life in the smallest package i could here. Thanks so much 🙏
Do you have any sound clip sample from this setup?
Yes if you check out any of my talking head videos about camera gear after this video, many of those used this setup. I'll link one here so you can see how it sounds: th-cam.com/video/gaJPqMH8e3E/w-d-xo.htmlsi=3FH69zxEmV1GtXDB
Excellent production man! I love the storyline and build up. I can’t wait for the rest ☺️
Thanks for this!! This is actually the spec project. We created this to see if we can get funding for a much larger film. But we had to show people what we're made of! I'm sp happy to hear you enjoyed it!
Yo, awsome. Brought in us euc riders to add another element
Yes indeed! There's a lot of EUC in episode 2. Should definitely give that a watch! The main character is an euc cool rider with tech and powers, too!! Here's a direct link to it: th-cam.com/video/KXobbcg_-Ug/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Uzgo7NPLSmNPxQAP
Wow! You guys really did go all out this one. Loved it!
Thanks sis! Yes we did! It was an incredibly challenging project and we learned so much while bringing this to life, but I am happy to hear you enjoyed it!
You know, I really like your style of instruction. Nice, cool, calm, slow…us noobs can easily follow along. Sub’d and liked my friend.
I really appreciate your feedback. I used to be insecure about my teaching style and compared myself to others. But now I'm trying to be myself and teach in a way that I would want to be taught. I'm glad you're enjoying the course and my teaching style!
Cool
Thanks for joining my course and watching 🙏
Love it man really good job. Always putting in the work. It really show.
Thanks, bro! This was meant to just show the full scope of what I can do. I didn't intend for it to be a compelling story at all, but the fact you enjoyed it is great to know, and it encourages me to keep learning too and keep improving. Thanks, man. Means a lot from my fellow creator!
Hello, on memory and GPU I have processing mode checked and Metal , no option for CUDA I'm using macOS that might be the difference?
Yes bro, if you're using a MAC you would select "Metal" which is the equivalent. You got it bro! This is telling davinci to utilize your GPU now
thanks mate, its a great video, but i got stuck, as it wouldn't track, i worked out that you need to convert the clip to new fusion trsck first, then it works perfectly, but thank you for a great video.
Ooh no! You actually don't have to do that but depending on your video clips frame rate, codec, or file type, that may be the case. I've had issues tracking h.265 efficient compressed codec video files before but doing a "render in place" made it possible. So it's not always the case but I'm glad that this worked for you!!
Respectfully, you wasted so much time at the start and didn't even finish what you were doing at the end. Doesn't inspire much trust and confidence that you know what you're talking about.
This is actually just a snapshot of a much longer video. Sorry about the confusion bro! Here's a link to the full video: th-cam.com/video/ZeGNCxJk4Xg/w-d-xo.html
Thank you, brother 😊
You're welcome as always bro!
Pocket 3 is a basic camera, it’s being overhyped for no reason.
Yeah, it's a basic camera, but it has a built-in gimbal. I think the hype is because it's small, shoots 4k 10bit quality, and has a built-in gimbal. People are excited because it could start a new trend in camera tech, with other brands coming out with cameras that have built-in gimbals. But you're right, it's a niche tool and can be amazing in some situations or just a basic camera in most.
💛
🙏
Thanks so much, keep teach us fusion page we'll be watching for sure
Absolutely! I will be teaching the basics first, then I will share some cool secrets in the render page I've discovered. Then circle right back around to fusion and make it into it's own course.
