Thank you !! I have a 2022, and it’s slightly different. The shell we’ll screw on the front would NOT come out. The top 2 did. The bottom one wouldn’t come out. I took it to Hyundai, and the service tech removed the screw for me. I went home and installed the passenger side running board. Then I discovered that the drivers side has the same issue (ugh!). Back to Hyundai tomorrow, but then I’m going to have amazing running boards!

Without your video I'll never figure out how to install those square nut tied with rubber band. Those nuts are supposed to be spring loaded commonly used in computer server rack but I can never imagine someone can cheap out on basic (but essential) hardware this way. On a side note, the pdf manual of the OEM side step installation can be downloaded on www.hyundaiaccessories.com. However, your video is still the best!

Just installed my running boards on my 2020 Hyundai Palisade, thank you for the video, my installation was different in that I used different hardware.

I'm having trouble getting the bottom bolt into the frame. In your video 10:22 to 10:30, you state that you just slide the top plate of the bolt into the frame and just pull the bolt down, but I'm having trouble getting the top plate into the frame since the bolt prevents the top plate to fully insert and I can't swivel the bolt to pull it down. Did you have trouble with this part? Is there a trick to get the bottom bolt and plate to go into the frame? Also, you took the board off 3x to fix an error, but each time you take the board off, doesn't it break the plastic clips? If so, where do you get extra clips since the running board comes with exactly the number of clips needed to do the install with no extra clips.

If we wouldn’t have seen this video we would have returned them. You are a saint and we really want to thank you so much! We were able to install them in record time! The new running boards are so awesome!
