Good example of how powerful/useful Dynamic Arrays can be. This is exactly the type of thing Craig Hatmaker is doing with 5g modelling (pre-formulated Dynamic Array Lambda's) which I'd encourage people interested in this to take a look at.
very clear and useful. However I stuck with the last step when present the financial statement in the pivot table. In the P/L Statement will shows the Sales as negative whereas the cost is positive which usually when presenting the FS, we will omit the negative sign. Another issue is , if the income is showing a debit balance instead of credit balance. what formula should i use in the custom column.
Thanks ! I would suggest 1- reversing the sign so that sales are positive 2- adding a balance column (equal to debit minus credit) and only working on that column

Hi have been watching your videos about reconciliation using power query, you have really helped me. Now how can you match the positive(debt) and negative(credit) amounts not references. Let's say if the ledger references(using voucher number to payments) are different from bank references in excel power query suppliers reconciliation
Thank you for your interest ! I am not sure how it could be fully automated unless there would be at least one column with a common property (Voucher number). The property could be an equal match or partial match.
For the LET function, I always like to have my final name labelled "result" so the final calculation returns "result".
Just want to add that together with Total commander (copy/paste selection from/to buffer) this is a brilliant combination when you need to delete or leave every Nth file in the folder.
