Efficient Meat Processing
The process begins with pork halves being fed into a circular saw via a tubular rail system, while beef quarters are handled on a pneumatic platform for primal cutting. After the primal cuts are made, the meat is efficiently transported to six parallel deboning tables, where the bones are separated and conveyed away, and the boneless meat is moved to twelve perpendicular tables for precise fine-cutting and quality sorting.
Streamlined Workflow with Advanced Conveyors
Our cutting line features an intricate system of belt conveyors across four levels, managing the transport of full crates, pork/beef cuts, bones, and empty crates. Additionally, clean crates are seamlessly supplied through a dedicated conveyor and crate washer, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.
