@@theadoredones For me, the main thing is that two ships, whether allies or enemies, should never appear in the same frame at the same time. Space is so big, and you have to be moving so fast to get anywhere, that you will never be able to see another ship in combat with bare eyes. The Expanse doesn’t always get this right.

In fairness, it was a sizeable Cylon fleet. I threw the bulk of what I had at the fleet to distract them, so Galactica could get in from behind and achieve the objective.

Depends on where you stand on AI, tbh. We're creating life, that's for sure. As to whether or not it seeks revenge? I hope we're smarter than the fictional Colonials, and we treat our creations with the respect they deserve.

I find the Minerva's armour to be too weak to have her as a front line anything. I tend to use her as a run and gun kinda ship. If there's a mission taht requires a raptor, she carries it while stronger battlestars engage the enemy. She's good for ranged missile support too. I tend to carry 1x Torpedo and 1xPMC, and the Celestra reinforces whichever side of the Minerva is facing combat.

they cover each other, for exemple the top armor of the below battlestar stil intact; and behing so close to each other adds more punch when they focus the same target at the same time , they litteraly melt the target armor before it can turn to show another side. I think Its a valid tactic , if you have enough ship and do not really need to cover lots of civilian ships

​@@bidet1515but you won't be able to cover much space with the flak and using Munition poses a higher risk of friendly fire, I haven't unlocked Jupiter class yet but with Artimis I tend to spread them out on one side to tank (ngl it hurts when fighting revenants)

@@shepherdlavellen3301 agree ; i only say it's a valid tactic. and yes battlestar have such armor and such power alone , no need to stack them. with this tactics 2 battle star together even an enemy dreadnough would melt in no time. As you say spreading 2 battlestar you can achieve the same goal. have to test both methods

Until you get the Jupiter, the flak fields aren't all that crash hot! although, even as far into the third campaign as i am, i still love the Artemis, it's flak field is perfect for it's size, it has such a huge punch and decent armour...the Minerva however, I dislike, despite continuing to use her. her flak field is small compared to her bulk, but she has even more punch than the Artemis. But yes, grouping is important, i use the battlestars to cover each other, there are situations when one battlestars flak field isn't operational, so if you swing the forward or the rear battlestar around to cover for it, you have time to repair the subsystem.

@@theadoredones I just finished the campaign and frankly I don't really like flak even after I unlocked the Jupiter class. Flak hits friendies and blocks munition salvo. Unless there's no alternative I always use PCM and Viper escort. Btw I love Minerva, I have to be very careful with them but they hit like trucks

Or a Battlestar! Use one of the capital ships…not some basic air craft lol

haha! Well, the game was running fine when I recorded it, but for some reason OBS took issue with it, and that was the result.

She really was, I kinda rebuilt her last night, I raised the B turret on a barbette, and dropped a disgusting amount of secondaries. I'm considering taking her up against a much more superior force, like battleships and battlecruisers.

Got any suggestions? I built the Jean Bart in a previous video.

@@HypersonicWyvern The KGV is by far my favourite warship. With the Exception of the Mighty Warspite and the invincible Enterprise. I'll definitely give her a shot.
