Ingredients: 🎃 1 (13-ounce) bag round tortilla chips 🎃 2 (8-ounce) packages shredded orange cheddar cheese 🎃 9 triangle-shaped blue corn tortilla chips 🎃 4 green onions or sprigs of fresh cilantro Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange half of the chips in an even layer on a round baking sheet. Sprinkle them with half of the shredded cheese. Repeat with the remaining chips and cheese. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling. 2. Arrange the blue corn tortilla chips on top for the jack-o’-lantern’s eyes, nose, and mouth. Place green onions or cilantro at the top for the stem.

Giant Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Ingredients: 2 (17.5 ounce) cans Grands! Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls (10 rolls total) Pumpkin Spice Icing, from the cinnamon roll cans Orange sprinkles Green sprinkles Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper. 2. Place a cinnamon roll in the center of the pan. Then, working outwards, carefully unravel each of the remaining cinnamon rolls and wrap it around the center cinnamon roll to create a large round spiral of cinnamon rolls. 3. Shape the end of the last cinnamon roll to create the stem on top by folding the last few inches of the cinnamon roll into itself and creating a slight curve. 4. Bake in the oven, on the center rack, for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is baked all the way through. If you notice the top or edges browning before the center is finished baking, tint the giant cinnamon roll with foil and continue to bake until it’s cooked all the way through. 5. Once it’s finished baking, drizzle all but a few tablespoons of the icing over the round portion of the warm cinnamon roll. Use a spreader to spread the icing and cover it completely. 6. Immediately sprinkle the round portion with orange sprinkles. 7. Spread remaining few tablespoons of icing over the stem and immediately sprinkle with green sprinkles. 8. Slice into wedges to serve. Enjoy!

Ghost Toast Ingredients: sliced bread creamy peanut butter honey banana mini chocolate chips regular chocolate chips Instructions: 1. Toast bread to desired toastiness. 2. Spread with peanut butter. 3. Dollop honey all over the peanut butter and then swirl the honey through the peanut butter with a toothpick. 4. Slice a banana in half crosswise and then in half again lengthwise. Lay the bananas flat on a cutting board, sliced side down. 5. Press the top of two mini chocolate chips into the side of each banana half for the eyes. 6. Press the top of a regular-size chocolate chip below the eyes for the mouth. 7. Place the banana ghosts on the peanut butter honey toast and ENJOY!

I modified for protein seeking family of men and for breakfast. Beans(with hatch green chilies added), scrambled eggs, shredded chicken, and cheese. Baked 200c convection for 30min
