was it a collective agreement in a hidden grouupchat for all vendor pov channels to put gifs over the video? i feel like every vendor channel does that lol it seems so strange to me, kind of like a boomer thing. not that it makes the video worse its just like "hey this reminds me of a gif i saw" and then its just the gif there. its like editing but not really
