Dash is a nice add to this book. I would love to see him pop up on the Mandalorian or this new canon

needs to flow a tad better. pauses during conversations in the wrong places are a bit off putting

Really hate this what if tale, Threepio ends up alone for hundreds/thousands of years with all his friends dead and is unceremoniously shot, even TROS 🤢 did him better. Everything of the past is forgotten/meaningless and there's yet another and infinite more genocides to come, feels nihilistic rather than hopeful. The same/similar events set to repeat again in a time where they've been made irrelevant and meaningless, for the same outcome, on it's own this might be the worst story in the EU.

If you listen to this for free the least you can do in return is like it.

Now I've gotten farther into the book, the woman's ai voice is awful! It can't even pronounce grimace correctly! You did a great job and it pulled me in and i didn't care until i heard that! Your reading is better than any ai could do! Even if you keep an all male voice it cheapens your hard work!

I love the books you narrated! Too many only use ai which o can't stand. It gets names wrong and sounds flat! Or others destroy names which makes it so you can't listen! You do a wicked good jobl

I remember getting the Return of the Jedi paperback novelization when I was in the 5th Grade in 1983, just a matter of days before the movie came out. I didn't want to spoil the movie for myself but I was so obsessed with Star Wars and so anxious to find out anything about the new movie, I couldn't resist. I decided to just read a little bit. By that Saturday, when my Dad took the whole family to see the movie for the first time, I had gotten right up to the part where Luke enters Jabba's palace but no further. So the Rancor and everything after that was like one surprise after another.When I got home I devoured the rest of the novelization. I loved all the original Star Wars trilogy novelizations as a kid but the ROTJ novelization was my favorite and the one I read over and over again. Many, many years later as an adult, I thought it would be fun to revisit this novel in audiobook form, and looked it up. Only to discover that the iTunes store had EVERY one of those hacky "Expanded Universe" Star Wars audiobooks you can imagine - and the only ones they DIDN"T HAVE, was the original trilogy novelizations!! So thank you very much for posting this on TH-cam.

I'm glad I kept all of the original books before they slapped that Legends label on them. I've read them all and are keeping them for my kids to enjoy.
