    I started getting a attack ..it just started throbbing and swelling up on the toe..tried something different..l put castor oil on the joint..the redness and swelling was down..the discomfort was still there but not as bad..kept putting the oil on..gone in 3 days.

    Canned pineapple will eventually explode in the can. Don't buy fruits and vegetables with the flip top they don't last as long and all my pineapple and tomato cans popped the tab lid. Get a hand cranked can opener for off the grid.
