@billc3344 I just got them I like them they have a option that set on default music is loud when you turn it off it goes with less bass and you can change tap but I did try change and I think they are still working on the new app they released a month ago and great the default sound is great better than the quiet bones conductor 😮

They Sound Great as long as you like Bass, they are Bass Heavy, but not muddy.

Hello, sometimes the led light fails but the earbuds or case are still working fine, as long as they are working, thats ok, its just the lights died

It's really hard to say, if it's fake or not, if what you receive has a cable or not. and these buds are cost effective, there are a lot out there, i mean a lot of variations too.

Hello, if you dont have access to slow charger like 5v 1ampere, you can charge these bluetooth accessories using any USB ports that can be found on your TV, Laptop, PC and any CD/Blueray Player etc, they are rated atleast 5v 1A, or any power banks that have Low Power mode to charge accessories

You can use any charger, whether fast charging or not, as it will fulfill its function.
