I'd love some poetry ASMR if you can make it happen. I generally don't read poetry, but I can definitely appreciate it. I've been heavy into fantasy, but I just read Animal Farm for the first time and what a fantastic book it was. It made me want to get into more of George Orwell's work. Other than that, I've mostly been focused on wrapping up a Brandon Sanderson's Rhythm of War. I only have about 250 pages left and I see the light at the end of the tunnel. It definitely feels like a middle book in a series in that it's a lot of setup without a ton of action going on. It's all very necessary, but less fun to read. I'm hoping that there's a good payoff in the next book releasing at the end of the year. I feel like I'll finally be able to breathe after getting fully caught up with The Stormlight Archive after this book.

I just want to say I’m a middle school teacher and you inspire me so much to start my own ASMR channel. It’s such a hard job and your channel brings me so much peace and joy!

Ya, not the asshole about the lavender. It doesn't matter what it is. An herb, fruit, flower, tree, pet or anything on private property should be respected and left alone. Failure to do so is a form of trespassing. I agree with what you're saying about lavender specifically, not being a big deal and it would be nice, no harm done to just allow it. I personally wouldn't have a problem with it, and I don't think most people would. I don't think that merely touching property within public reach like from a sidewalk, is disrespectful. With this interaction though, regarding the child, they were picking, and we don't know whether her teaching about lavender included any differentiation between picking a small sprig "here" vs picking a shiny ripe apple "there". My priority in teaching my child would be in modeling respect of other's property/rights and how to respectfully communicate my opinion. Use of assertive communication and showing fair regard for others are 2 of the most important keys to success in all facets of life. Everyone has the right to ask. Everyone has the right to say no. It's the manner and tone of delivery that makes all the difference. The words that were exchanged between them were both correct. What makes the grandma the asshole, is her tone and snarky attitude. This is a situation where she crossed a physical boundary that she has no rights to, (harmless as it may be) without asking. She was told no. If you think about it though, the owner's issue was not about the sake of the lavender, but the lack of consideration of her property. This tells me that if the grandma had just asked, "Would you mind if we touch and smell a bit of your lavender on our walks?" the owner would likely have said, "Sure, I appreciate your asking!" The grandma may have said, "Did you know that it will grow back fuller if you prune it back...?" The owner may have responded, "No, I didn't, would you like to prune some off to take home?" Respect and thoughtfulness goes a long long way

Loved this videos and the mountains are so beautiful 🤍 I've only been in the Alps and a mountain in Austria once. I wish I could go more but we don't have them like that in Finland, they are not that big. We have other beautiful things but I wish we had big mountain ranges too 😅
