One of my biggest issues with urbanspook is that there’s no reason we should care what happened to the victims because we have no overarching person to feel connected to. Without that, it’s literally just “(random name) was stabbed (random amount of times) in (random place)” and there’s no reason for the audience to care that the person died except the fact that the death was torturous

honestly i liked the art this guy made, but yeah theres not really any good story and it focuses too much on shock value id consider something like vita carnis to be a example of a good analog horror series, it has a interesting story, mix of educational tapes on the vita carnis and found footage and goverment conspiracies while also having actual jumpscares... instead of some text and a weird painting

I really love the art, the music that goes along with it, and how it felt hauntingly real at first. Then, even the story itself just becomes too repetitive. They are nowhere near at catching whoever this killer is, and the killer just seems to morph and change into whatever will evade capture.
