Rail Disasters Spinoff Short: The Age of the Train (1977 Poughkeepsie Bridge Collision)
A short Spinoff "episode" not part of the original series but rather for the fun of it. When the then-new Intercity 125 was on a USA Tour in 1977, ends up on a collision course with a Penn Central freight crossing over the Hudson River in Poughkeepsie, NY.

The morning of September 7, 2024 would be history for the city of Lake Charles, LA as its tallest building was imploded, after sitting vacant since 2020 being damanged by Hurricane Laura. I was lucky to make it down to witness the 314 ft tower fall in on itself.

My longest road trip to date in the heart of New England, with the intention to see the CSX Geometry train and other interesting stuff. I was able to catch several Amtrak Downeaster and CSX/Pan Am trains in action from in Boston, MA, Wells, ME & Portland, ME. As well as Maine Narrow Gauge as a bonus. Enjoy!

Just like my first visit four years earlier, but I took VIA Rail #42 to Oshawa to remaster my catches but got more than one would bargain for, which included some yard action not only from CN, and new the VIA trainsets.

Finally new spinoff
Those 2 people (the couple) are the ones responsible for the deaths because, not only did they tried to drive through a level crossing while the barriers are down, but also tried to DRIVE THROUGH WHILE THE TRAIN IS LITERALLY 200 FEET AWAY FROM THEM. this case and the verdict of it just straight up pisses me off due to the sheer foolishness.
