Every meeting I have been to for Sawyer County, public comment is limited to 3 minutes. Here Harold Treland is speaking for nearly 9 minutes unencumbered. Is that fair treatment?

So I thought all the committees limit comments to three minutes, so why is Harold Treland talking for nearly 7 minutes. Is this fair treatment?

Business owners, need the flow of tourists to make it through the season ~ understood. Also, The property owners have rights to enjoyment of their purchased properties, without loud engines disturbing natural envirolement and enjoyment of where property was purchased. We were not asking for a % of profits to the businesses. Nature to be enjoyed IS disturbed by multiple engines in the winter / summer, animal life IS disturbed. Fair consideration to ALL not just businesses. Let the profits to businesses pay for the hiring of officers for the enforcement of laws that the "riders/drivers" of such recreational vehicles violate, for the dispatching of injured wildlife, and distruction to private property.
