Oh I saw one of those pianos once, cool beasts!
I managed to acquire a pianola from a family friend who received it as a wedding gift despite not playing piano! It was in surprisingly good nick considering it had spent 10 years in a shed but unfortunately I've never got the pianola bit to actually work, as all the tubing has probably perished. Hoping when I'm less busy with school i can actually attempt to fix it!

Heard Piaf's version of this song today playing somewhere, but even though I had heard it many times, I actually Listened to it for the first time and fell in love with it. After coming home and listening to many talented people sing it, I found this video and I am so impressed.
