hey man I can't even do 1 slowly any tips?
do an easier form of the pull up to improve your strength first. for example, do negative pull ups, assisted pull-ups (with a band), Australian pull ups etc. Overtime you will build the strength to do your first pull up and only upwards from there!

@@choppchopp9975 this is great advice. I’d also add that the lat pull down machine is a good way to build up strength for pull ups.
Keep your shoulders back tho, i did not and basically wasted time with assisted bands. Now I can do 4 pull ups and rest of reps i do negative pull ups with chair

do you use chalk? i've been doing pull ups for a year now and my calluses never stopped hurting. Now i've started using gloves and relief is huge. though, I envy people when I see them doing pull ups with bare hands. and trust me, pain is just unbearable, if it was just a slight discomfort that feeling alone gives my a lot of strength. but no, pain is just unbearable, and when I feel that much pain in my grip, then I lose focus and balance. any tips?
I haven’t used any chalk, but the calluses are getting bad. Might invest in some soon

Great job man. Keep up the hard work. I can say with confidence that 10-15 is one of the hardest plateau I had to go through, it took a lot of time to pass it. What I can suggest to help speed the process is to start weighing you down. Incrementing by +5kg (or +10lbs roughly) until you can only do 3 to 6 clean pullup again, then build once again from it. When you are at 8-10 weighed down, you can up the weight again. But it is very good. You got this ;)

Thanks! l did the whole ride on a bike path. My fueling consisted of gel packs, energy bars, Gatorade, and jolly ranchers. Every hour I stopped to get something in my system.
