Nice,,, last year I had to wait for almost mid January before I went due to it being so warm and ice conditions.

That's a death march to hike it there and back. I walked it one way in 2015 and there were a few hundred trees down. It took 4 days one way.

Question- highest percentage isopropyl alcohol I have seen at drugstores in my area is 91%. Do you think that will work?

Cool. I grew up backpacking w\ hella oldschool heavy-azz propane stoves, and been looking into trying for more towards ultralight these days (or at least, lighter). I had heard of pop can alcohol stoves but wasn't sure how to go about making one. Thanks for the clear & simple tutorial 👍

My parents honeymooned at the hot springs in the early 1950s. I have hiked there many times in the 70s and 80s on the way to the Bailey Range. My parents drove there to a resort in their day. In my day it was less than a 5 mile walk. Sounds a lot tougher now. Thanks for the post.

Some people are so cheap and need to learn how warranties really are ment to work. If you get holes in your socks, that is t i be expected at some point. It's not a manufacturing defect. When you wear out your socks, you buy new ones. It's not a warranty issue 😂 common 🤷‍♂️🙈
