Great interview!
Confusing snippet.
Better a month too early than a day too late.
hey, are you guys hiring?
I disagree. Restaurants are fundamentally different beast than most online services and websites. I think that while this information is very important. I would also like to see the menu right away because half that traffic or more than half that traffic is probably coming from some sort of redirect or direct map link and somebody’s looking for the menu, analyze give you good insights on what you’re missing.
We agree! You need to have your menu posted on the website. You also need to distinguish between traffic sources to ensure you are covering the right metrics. Thanks for your comment.

Thank you!
I’ve been a fan of your podcasts for a while now, and I noticed that your content is not getting the exposure it so deserves. Would it help if we help you in ranking your videos on search results and bringing more audience to the podcasts from suggested videos. Where should we chat about the strategies?
didn't know Henry Rollins was a CPA
Haha! Too funny.
I'd like to know more about investing in a Roth roa
Dollar tree andrew huberman:
As big Andrew Huberman fans, I think we'd take that as a compliment!
This has got to be satire 😂😂 so thats why i havent been wildly successful.. all these damn hats. Oh shit i just realized i dont have my commenting hat on, be right back 😂
Who are they talking about getting paid time off? Who is "they"?
Fun Fact: I'm currently enrolled at RIT for an ethical hacking and offensive network security, with a minor in artificial intelligence.
Never afraid of failure, you learn what did not work and gives you the knowledge to make your ideas come to fruition.
Insightful and well presented. Very informative!
Making money isnt cash flow. If you made 100k, you probably dont have 100k
Also you lose the limitations to liability so if your company goes bankrupt you're screwed 😂
Wait, dividend taxes and payroll tax rates are equal (thx to Trump), so you end up paying the same in taxes anyway. What’s the loophole?
lol
My thoughts exactly. I’ve had an LLC for 15 years. This guy is a dumby
This is how America ends up looking and running like a 3rd world country while simultaneously being the riches. I pray that one day loopholes like this get closed.
Not really a loophole, just common sense.
Naaah.. that's when trillions of dollars go missing on black budgets.. Donald Rumsfeld declared this the day before Twin towers demolition in congress. They couldn't account for the huge sums going missing. Happened again more recently. Tax loop holes is small fry compared to that elephant in the room.. America debt now stands near $40 trillion...that's the reason behind the infrastructure break down. America needs to wake up and adopt a Decentralised financal system using proof of work protocols such as bitcoin. It will change things around dramatically.
The hell third world country has $200,000 homes and an obesity epidemic? Also, have you ever worked? Taxes suck dude. Businesses pay well over 40% of their documented income in taxes
Taxation is cringe. Yuck! 🤮
Still extortion
Enjoy going in every morning to listen to the pod cast from Kaizen ... enjoy the tips and knowledge provided.
Very informative Thank you for taking the time to have this discussion.

Pulling on one thread is going to affect other parts of your business. So sometimes we have to reinforce the other side of the business before we pull on that thread even though that's the thing that's driving us crazy and that's the thing we really want to fix. We have to make sure that the rest of it doesn't crumble and fall apart.
Erik provided some interesting takes on running a business.

This podcast is worth two or three good business books. There is so much here.
Wow. Another great session from John and Eric. Interesting stories.
I met Sue about 20 years ago. It is amazing how much different her business is than when her father ran it. Kudos to Sue to making those changes to keep relevant.
Much can be learned from a small business person like Sue! :)
