This is appalling, you've got a pack attacking here. These dog owners want prosecuting for not controlling their animals, and they would be the first to complain if one was kicked or killed. Personally speaking, l wouldn't have dismounted, l would've set off at the gallop and the dog owners would have to walk miles to find their dogs ! I have a dog and l always have her on her lead as soon as horses appear, and l make her sit and wait quietly until they all well past us. I've been chased while riding my horse a few times by loose dogs and it's not pleasant . I hope you and your horse were alright.

If your dogs dont listen to you ....dont have soo many and keep them on a lead ...simple

So dangerous. I have both horses and dogs. Including a bordercollie. Why you would be in public with large dogs off leads well in front of u that are not responsible and well trained is ridiculous and dangerous to not only others but your dogs and self. If that horse had kicked and killed one the horse would be blamed. It's terrifying for horses who are prey animals to deal with one let along more than 1coming at them. The rider does amazing and the horse although fearful listens and respects as well as is of great mind. There would be nothing for that horse to bolt, attempt to jump or run through the fence or loose it and buck and bronc all potentially deadly to rider and horse. We had a horse in similar situation which was a friends well trained horse but an in experienced rider. It bolted and tried to jump similar style fence. However the girl fell during this process and went under the horse and caught on the fence. She almost died and was hurt super bad. The horse got a foot that clipped the fence it landed on its head broke its neck didn't die instantly and was thrashing in the fence with the girl stuck in the fence and being injured more by horse thrashing. It needed to be euthenised but it took time to get someone out on a trail that was able to (vet). This same thing could of happened all whilst horse and rider were out for a nice ride and was not at fault.

This happened to me and I just wondered how and when the dog would stop barking and threatening me and the horse because the dog owner was not capable to stop it from barking and calm it. I remember I was thinking the dog was gonna bite me soon or later I was expecting the moment thinking that would be so painful to be bitten but in the end he finally put the leash on his dog and I felt so relieved 😌 It took him ten minutes to do so but those minutes were hours to me!

It used to be bitterly cold in 90's . Freezing winds all the time including daytime . 25 number bus from Sussex University to Sainsbury's . Never seen such crowded beach in 90's .
