If you’re any kind of trainer, instructor, or teacher patience is a MUST. Odds are you have tons of experience under your belt. Obviously a trainee does not. Therefore you have to expect them to not be as fast or as knowledgeable about stuff as you are. This dude needs to remember his training days before going off about something trivial to a trainee. Good on the trainee for not tolerating the unnecessary bs.

Patience and thick skin is a requirement in trucking especially coming in. My trainer was like this as far as attitude and I bickered a couple times but never lost it like this. Because at the end of the day it’s a dangerous job and i don’t expect any trainer to be very polite while teaching me to drive an 80k lb vehicle on the road especially if im making mistakes. I respected him and he taught me alot and still looked after me made sure i ate good even after chewing me out😂
