Your bike is running axtremley rich black smoke is fuel. And if u want it to start easier firstly get it top dead center and secondley don't twist the throtel when u start it as it squirts fuel down the engine from the exalerator pump and floods it. When it's cold choke no throtel and top dead center bring the kick starter back to the top and boot it. When it's hot just top dead center and boot it with the hot start
