Can you explore Windows 7 Build 6730? Set the VMware compatibility to 6.x-7.x bcuz it bluescreens on 2nd phase on other compatibility like 9.x.

you can access computer managment by just right clicking on this computer even in file explorer and manage and it will pop up even in windows 8.0

Microsoft office would be more of competitor to google docs then OneNote. I have never heard someone taking notes in google docs. You can but with things like OneNote, Evernote, notion which are specific made for making note taking easier why use google docs for that. Google keep is a competitor to OneNote, not google docs

Welcome back.
In my opinion, this could happen. I remember when copilot was released for the AI Arm CPUS/NPUS, and Microsoft said that is not for PC/Laptop x86 users. Now, a few months later they are putting on and Copliot an all device, and you can not remove it or try doing it. Imagine they implement that Cloud OS Idea to normal users and call it Windows 11 Link. It results in you not being able to purchase a license to use the OS but to forcefuly pay monthly or yearly to use your computer that you have 100 percent purchased on top of that if you do not pay your os subcrition in time, you just get locked out. This could result in killing Microsoft's dominance on the OS completely.
If things go wrong than everyone will want to switch to a Linux distro or something
