A few weeks ago my grandma was diagnosed with cancer, last night my grandma was talking to Jesus and He told her He had healed her. All the pain is gone. I was having so many negative thoughts at once - hatred, dissatisfaction, frustration, extreme anger, repression, suicidal thoughts - but a part of me was still rational and tried to block these negative thoughts. I have had bad insomnia lately. I’ve downloaded all of the meditation and sleep apps, tried everything I could think of. Then I came across these alpha frequencies videos.
