Off all the tours I’ve watched in the UK, this seems to be the one I’d be most comfortable living in. The downstairs floor plan is a bit unique with the bathroom by the front door. I’ve also never seen a sliding glass door like that at a home’s entryway. It looks more like a doctors office. It is cute though. Nice video.
This would be a flip in the USA. It’s to narrow and outdated. Omg! The master bedroom is tiny. Mine is 20x20 ft with an en suite with garden tube, glass shower and closed of toilet. Our closet is 10x10. Our bed wouldn’t fit in any British home I’ve looked at. It is cute and quaint

@@tracik1277 oh yes. I’ve pondered that many times. I see so much land by aerial shots that it would seem that you could make towns and be a little more spread out. I love the open land and scenery but people need somewhere to live. Our floor plans are different too which is just due to the age of our young country. In the older houses, the floor plans are not very accommodating. The thing I would have the most difficult time adapting to would be the lack of closet space. We have all walk in closets in our house and it’s very nice. My plan was to visit Europe right after c v started. Now we have the threat of missiles flying around. Maybe things will calm down and I can go visit these lovely countries. I wasn’t trying to be judgmental while looking at the houses. I look at houses for sale in the USA just for fun. It’s always interested me. If I didn’t have a chronically ill daughter, I would have gone into real east!!! Best wishes and I hope you have a lovely Wednesday.
Could be that the USA is just a wee bit bigger than the UK. This is a fairly usual size for a 3 bedroom bungalow. If you really want to experience small try the Netherlands.
@@markshrimpton3138 you’re right. We have a lot more room and unused land. I’ve always wanted to visit the Netherlands but I’m guessing from your comment they have tiny houses and apartments too.

Lovely bungalow can’t stand grey silver seems a nice quiet street very good size garden. I hope the people who bought it enjoy living there.
I feel the same about all that silver/grey stuff. It's so common especially when people put the sparkle/glitter/mirror furniture and the leather sofa with it. It makes me feel ill. Nice little bungalow though and it seems to be in a nice quiet area.
I do not like the view of the apartments across the street. I do not care for the flooring. My house is white and gray but we have a rich, deep colored espresso brown wood floor that makes everything look so elegant. I don’t care for the gray cabinets in the kitchen or flat top stove. The kitchen would look so much better with granite or quartz countertops. I don’t care for the backyard either. Our backyard is a beautiful, huge forest. It seems a bit dated in some areas and modern in others. This is the only house so Faron my British tour that I could make do with if all of my children were out of the house. It’s cute and has a cottage type appeal.
