      It’s all about what you eat and how you get your protein in & also I did about 20k steps this day so it is abit of a higher calorie day then usual but nothing too major :)

    Oh my god, so I found a tiktok but of course I had to switch it up to things I have in the fridge! It was so nice but I think next time I would add in chicken aswell as halloumi, not enough protein for me but it was still very nice! I always do it per person because then you can make however many portions you want. Ingredients: (per person) 50g Halloumi (or I use grilling cheese bc halloumi is expensive and it’s the same thing) 1 red onion 5g garlic puree I just sprinkle these in but black pepper,mixed herbs & salt. 100g Passata 30g light soft cheese 150g rigatoni pasta (I used 75g dry weight pasta) But if I was to put chicken in it I would use 100g rigatoni pasta (50g dry weight) 3 cherry tomatoes Method: 1. Fry the halloumi and onions in a frying pan until the halloumi is crispy & whilst your doing that pop the pasta on aswell. 2. Take half the halloumi out and pop it to the side for now. 3. Then add in the cherry tomatoes with garlic puree, salt, pepper, mixed herbs. 4. Then after you’ve mixed that all through add in the Passata with a couple of ladles of pasta water and mix that through. 5. Add in your cream cheese and stir through. 6. Then after that’s mixed add in the cooked pasta and it’s all done! 7. Then pop your halloumi from earlier on top 😍 Quick, easy and low calories! Cals: 490 | C: 55.3g | F: 17.7g | P: 23.9g

      It’s an Aldi one 🥰 and I prefer it over ironing. It’s a lot quicker

    Beef rigatoni recipe Easy recipes to make whilst in a calorie deficit Recipe down below 👇🏻 Ingredients: (per portion) 125g 5% fat mince 3 x Cherry tomatoes (to bulk it out) 50g (dry weight - makes about 100g) Rigatoni pasta 5g mixed herbs 5g garlic granules 220g tomato & herb pasta sauce 10g tomato puree 30g soft cheese I forgot to add onions into it but normally I would! Method: 1. Chop up your onion & pop them in the pan with the mince 2. Pop in the spices and mix it through and let that cook. 3. Then once the mince is cooked pop in the cherry tomatoes & tomato puree with the dry pasta & the sauce 4. Mix that through and make sure the pasta is abit watery so the pasta cooks through properly. (I just made 2 portions with this so I just used the whole jar but if it’s more then 2 then just water it down) 5. Then after that just mix through the soft cheese and let that cook. 6. For extra protein you can add cheese on top but I didn’t bother. Total: Cals: 474 | C: 51.9g | F: 11.7g | P: 37.4g

    Ingredients: (per portion) 125g chicken breast 5g paprika 5g garlic granules 125g Passata 15g bbq sauce 5g chicken seasoning 10g cheese 50g (dry weight) rigatoni pasta I would normally add onions aswell but I didn’t have any! Method: 1. Add chopped onions and chopped chicken to the pan with chicken seasoning, paprika, garlic and mix that together. 2. Then add Passata and water and let the chicken boil for about 5 minutes 3. Then add your dry pasta with more water & bbq sauce. 4. Then let that simmer for 10 minutes until the pasta is fully cooked. 5. Then add some cheese on top. Total: Cals: 416 | C: 46.5g | F: 6.7g | P: 42.9g

Thank you & that’s good, I wish I liked milkshakes tbh but saying that I think I’d prefer it if I added some low calorie ice cream or something. Something nice for the summer!     Cheeseburger tacos 🌮 This one has to be my faveeee!!! I loved it so much and it was so easy/quick to make! So I just buy the 500g 5% fat mince and chop it into 4 portions. (Winner that’s 2 meals out of 1 pack of mince😍) I also didn’t calorie count the salad and stuff because I just can’t be bothered and it doesn’t make much of a difference to the calories anyway Ingredients: (per portion) 125g 5% fat mince 2x White mini wraps 2 x cheese singles 20g waffle fries 15ml burger sauce 5g salt 5g garlic 5g paprika 5g chilli powder Method: 1. Pop your mince and your spices into a bowl and mix. 2. Then roll it into 2 balls and roll it out into the wrap. 3. Pop the wrap into a frying pan facing the mince side down 4. Unfortunately I can’t tell you how long it takes but it wasn’t long. Maybe 5-10 minutes? 5. Then once you think the mince is done turn it over onto the wrap side and pop a cheese in the middle and let that melt. 6. Then pop gerkins and burger sauce on top and it’s good to go!😍 Total: Cals: 544 | C: 43g | F: 23.2g | P: 38.5g

    you look amazing i bet you give drs a shock when you stand on the scale when they take your BMI you look like 60 kilos at the most. im at a similar weight, gp wants me at 45kg. i think if i hit 55 i would be dead mate. i can not get over how good your legs are!

    I did add chicken to it so it was chicken and bacon for more protein! But you can just use bacon depending on how much protein you want 😍🥰. I’m really not sure if I weighed out the spaghetti right but I did 50g dry weight of spaghetti (which I assume makes 100g?) but I’m really not sure. I assume it’s the same as pasta? Can’t work out if I’m being stupid or not😂😭 Ingredients: (per portion) 100g chicken breast 50g (dry weight) spaghetti 1 rasher of bacon 1 egg 20g cheese (I just used mature because that’s all I had) Method: 1. Dice the chicken & pop that in a pan 2. Whilst that’s cooking, start to cook your pasta 3. Then once the chicken is cooked put your chopped bacon rashers in the pan with the chicken. 4. Then put 1 egg & 1 egg yolk into a bowl with the cheese & pepper and mix it together 5. Once your spaghetti is cooked drain the pasta (but keep some pasta water aside) 6. Then take the pan off the heat, pop your spaghetti into the pan with the chicken and bacon and pop the egg in there too with abit of pasta water and stir until creamy. Total: Cals: 511 | C: 30.3g | F: 18.4g | P: 55.4g

    Butter chicken 😍 So I did accidentally get too much chicken out so it was higher in calories/protein then it should have been but I’m glad in a way because we had come back from the gym so it was needed!🤤 So you don’t need as much chicken as I did but the recipe is: I never go by recipes I always just trial and error with it and it works but this is what I used. Ingredients: (per portion) 200g chicken breast 5g garam masala 5g paprika 5g squirty ginger 5g squirty garlic 5g Tomato puree 125g Passata 30g fat free Greek yoghurt 5g light lurpack Half a red onion Half a pack of microwave rice Method: 1. Dice the chicken breast 2. Put the light butter into the pan with the red onion. 3. Then put the diced chicken, garam masala, paprika, ginger, garlic, tomato pureee, Passata & fat free Greek yoghurt into a pan and mix it in. 4. Boil it until it’s cooked (I can’t remember exactly how long it took maybe 10-15 minutes? Sorry😂😭) 5. And then pop your microwave rice in the microwave and you’re done 😍🥰 Nice easy low calorie/high protein meal🥰 Total: Cals: 510 | C: 48.6g | F: 8.8g | P: 59.4g

    You can freeze a lot of baked goods and sandwiches and they are still lovely when defrosted. We host a charity tea every year in November which we bake for days for and freeze the leftovers for over the Xmas holidays.

    I managed to break my one. Didn't see the little button on the side. I'm surprised flash didn't put their branding on the item. It's okay. I was really hyped for this . It's just ok. Was hoping for the duster thing to be a bit larger, more fluffy as per marketing image. My one also went flat as a pancake 🤭. It was £6 on offer in Tesco and £3 for 4 refills. This would be better if you could wash them instead of keep buying them
