As I only beat Eigong for the first time 2/3 days ago, seeing you simply air hop above the crimson aerial slash in phase 3 instead of dash through it is so wild to me. At no point did I even CONSIDER that option.
@SwerveStarEx hahah don't worry I was doing the same to start with! I actually think the most optimal thing to do there is dash down through it using the Descent Jade but hopping over it is the easiest

Is this a good game for hollow knight players or is it really hard
@LC_strings I think it's harder than Hollow Knight's base game, definitely not harder than the doing all the pantheons though I'm usually not a fan of parry heavy games but this was the exception for me, worth a shot if you enjoyed Hollow Knight 🙂

It's called "Battle Memories" on the main menu, it lets you replay bosses once you finish the main story

If you are going for max dps I can also recommend the Qi Blade jade, that shoot a wave on third hit, did wonders for me.

I have played hollow knight for almost 1,000 hours and love it. I recently finished nine sols and i had the same feelings I did when I first played hk and now i love nine sols. I still like hk more but nine sols is still awesome.
I felt exactly the same! Pure Vessel was my favourite boss fight of all time until Eigong but I still enjoy Hk more overall
