That's why I try to compete for best time on each car/track. Try passing my time on the same track w/ same car :)

The point is finishing the track 1st and as fast as possible, starting 8th. This is a personal record and is a benchmark - You can always *try* to have a faster run and beat me ;)

The game's music is.. not that good. I drive while hearing something else (which probably always has copyright)

I'm doing Street class by car order, generally from worst to best, so after doing all street races with this car, I'm moving to the next one. The best ones are at the end.. just like Insetta races were at the end of Race class. This is all a self-challenge on tape :)

The bad top speed is coupled with inefficient nitro - I can sometimes lose half of full nitro just to get from 150 to 200 :O I therefor try to use it more at lower speeds where it can count. Also, too many gears! ;) (complaining despite being on "Auto")

Thanks for the praise :) I'm not a pro, and I do this on keyboard for fun. I also don't always do good runs like this - these videos are my best tries. I like flatout2 specifically, and I understand that the multiplayer community of this specific game is dead. I would doubtfully buy Flatout 3 soon, as I'm still in love with this one, and I see many negative reviews on. Saying that, I was wondering if you are referring to "FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage"... now on my wishlist.. Also, I've always preferred playing single player, and I'm not young anymore, but I do sometimes have the guts to go online :) So.. I'll consider your post as a "FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage" recommendation? :)

Often you can find “closed” lobbies, where a group of old friends or people from the stream of some popular person plays. Yes in the online people are not thousands, but hundreds, it is enough to always have someone to play with and make acquaintances. And the fact that the game does not have any rating system and account pumping, so who of us old school gamers need it? But FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage i do not recommend. Although the game is more diverse, but the developers made it worse by worsening the main thing - the physics of cars, it became almost as arcade as in the series NFS, in the turns no longer need to brake, faster speed to slide on the walls. And also increase the number of cars on the track, because of this there is not enough space at the start and all go by train in a row, and not immediately start to chop as in FlatOut 2.

You can often find closed lobbies where old friends or viewers of some popular streamer play. Although there are not thousands of players online, hundreds are enough to find someone to play with and make new acquaintances. And the lack of rating system and account pumping is not embarrassing - for us, old-school gamers, it's not the main thing.

It is FUN. Doing personal records.

Yep, almost ruined the run, but it wasn't too much of a delay overall. 1sec or under IMO.

We were talking and listening to (possibly copyrighted music). Just wanted to show the game.

through "missions" in the menu.. you do need keys collected from just racing enough online in order to unlock them

It's always "going to end", our whole purpose was to have more turns, not more vaults. For that same reason, when we can turn 5 red crates turn into a vault for the extra space and extra turn, we do it instead of turning 6 red crates into 2 vaults that will clog up the bottom.

Chaim Rimon I have actually completed Uranus 4 with 100%, it's quite tricky, but you need to just collect all particles in the level. The only exception is the part with 2 multipliers. You can only collect one of them, but that's enough to win.

I'm talking about maximizing score, not just passing 100% ;) The way to do that on Uranus 4 is complicated.. You have to start keeping red after about 35 seconds, and switch to yellow on about 1 minute 10 seconds, then keep yellow till the end. Also, to get "super" on some segments (to reach higher speed) you need to perform real acrobatic moves.. I should be able to nearly reach 190,000 points this way..
