Yeah it is a very early release…they don’t have conflict resolution yet and there are bugs, but it has huge potential

Yeah I personally didn’t like Say Intensions didn’t have a good experience with it. With Batc i wll be setting the traffic to basic voices and only use premium for the controllers that will extend it significantly and i will be posting a test video on character usage based on different configurations

Hi, I had this problem too, I thought it just automatically activated when you purchased it. But you have to go into the account option and physically switch from early access to expérimental. It is in the top right section. Hopefully this helps

There was some degradation iI noticed but they are pretty clear most of the time

I haven’t be able to try them out with traffic…the premium will get costly i think. This was a short flight and it used 50000 characters that will equate to about 5 flights for 9.99 but if traffic is set to basic i don’t think it will be too bad.

Lol right …i think it was my fault though atc gave me a vector of 085 and i thought it was 185…the only thing is that in real life ATC wouldn’t have let me go so long in the wrong direction

@@V_F_Diaries I can't say I've looked into it but I kinda doubt that they'd have cleared you all the way to 16k, then sent you barnstorming into class E, then out over the Atlantic when going from JFK to PHL. :-)

You probably right also I thought it was weird that phl was landing 9R and 27R at the same time, it is alpha stage so somethings can be forgiven

@@V_F_Diaries no way they'd have head on approaches like that. They won't even land on both runways at once as they're too close. They might use a smaller runway for regionals or general aviation though. The vectoring for intercept wasn't quite right, but I think the regular version also has that glitch. You can't intercept an localizer 30 miles out, and that one NPC plane was given a 065 heading to intercept 27L which is like a hairpin turn, and it was out of sequence aside. I think a lot of the problem was with clearance delivery though. They should have amended your flight plan from the start if they were going to land on 27L. They'd have some standing MOU or whatever for short routes like that so that there is minimal coordination between the nearby approaches, but they'd also minimize how much time you're down in the VFR soup. Maybe clear you up to 6k until you're in the class B approach space or whatever. Still, it is very nice to see them making progress!

They do but if you listen to JFK controllers in real life they seem angry and annoyed too so it fits.

@@V_F_Diaries Just generated a flight from Gold Coast to Brisbane Int with the new experimental traffic and it all worked perfectly. So impressed. It's been a while as I was waiting for this to drop as I found the empty skies to be boring. Route was not a busy one, but there were a few jets taking off with me and I could see/hear more traffic heading down the coast at cruise, plus a few departures at Brisbane.. Really enjoyed the whole flight.

It was so nice to see the TCAS lit up with traffic with this program. Went back to vatsim cause just couldn’t stand the empty sky

Hi yes all premium accept for the copilot and the flight used 50,000 characters

I only really saw a 5-7 fps drop during the flight and a couple of stutters all and all it was not bad at all

I noticed the occasional stutter and i had about 5 fps drop it might be cause it’s alpha and not completely optimized yet would be my guess. I am getting better performance then when i used the FSLTL traffic injection

​@@V_F_Diaries I would say the FPS drop for me with the alpha traffic injection has been similar to that of FSLTL, about 6-8 FPS, a bit disappointing as this was supposed to be a big positive of having the injection offloaded from the sim, but of course, it's alpha and early. I find that even static planes cause a 4-5 fps drops at big airports, so in the grand scheme of things, this is pretty good performance.

They are using their own injection. FSLTL is for model matching. You can use others like AIG etc

Hi thanks for watching my video, i’ll try and help but i use MSFS on PC, It would be cockpit view…the best i can find out for you is that it is the view button on the controller which is supposed to be the small button above the d-pad the one marked with 2 small squares. I wish i could be more help on this one.

@@V_F_Diaries oh really, damn, thanks for confirming that, I honestly don't understand devs who don't add such a feature with their aircraft, especially when 99% of all other aircraft do, it's a deal breaker for me, hell, I purchased the Condor earlier today and it can lol and the Condor (irl) was "built" in the 1930's

@rustyneedles3743 I do agree…at the very least add an option to switch out to a modern cockpit configuration. The majority of restored aircraft have a mix of modern and original. Although it’s not difficult to fly vor to vor, it’s tiresome over long distances and most flight sim enthusiasts just want to relax and fly. That’s why an option to switch would be the best of both worlds and so important. This isn’t going to happen with Asobo and there local legends or legendary flyers series of planes. The best of the planes offered in the series had to be heavily modded to make them good. The condor I just picked and haven’t flown it yet

@@V_F_Diaries ah cool, I didn't want you to come off looking argumentative, but yes, nice to see we agree, like, I didn't think it much to ask for really and yes, you're spot on, I see even the P-38 has an auto pilot on it's EFB, like, totally not real, but just that added extra, which I think would be worth any added extra work from the dev and opens up the aircraft for longer flights that typically wouldn't even be considered without an Autopilot as for flying vor to vor, argggg, I'm actually still to learn more about VOR's and ILS approach and landing, so for now, I don't even know how to do it and after that is trying to understand STARS etc for flight plans as that shit totally confuses me, eeeeekkk, though they are very much on my list of things I do wish to learn as for the Condor, it's great, the sounds are awesome, I just can't help but think it's maybe too over powered? hell, I can turn the props down to 50% and the throttle at half detent and she's still easily hitting 300clicks, lol, but still, it's a nice aircraft for $20, I've thoroughly enjoyed it so far, would be good to hear your thoughts on it after you've finished test flying or will you be making a video?

I really should do another video with this…I created this tutorial before they fixed the turbocharger being over powered. The quick answer is to start leaning the mixture slowly, it changes based on atmospheric conditions, but a good rule of thumb will be fl200. You’ll see fuel flow start to drop at this altitude. As you slowly lean fuel flow will come up, when you see it drop again lean more do this from fl200 to fl250. Manifold will drop when past the critical altitude and operating above fl260 shows that throttle operate at full on the charts, and you may need to shallow your climb to maintain airspeed. This method will get you to fl300.

@@V_F_Diaries Oh, Wow!! What coincidence ! I didn't know what attracted me to the environment scenery, just liked it very much. Just so happens that the MAAM (Mid Atlantic Air Museum) is situated here at KRDG. I have been a member of the 'Maam-Sim' team for more then a decade. We developed the MAAM's R4D (Navy C-47), B-25 'Briefing Time' and Grumman TBM/F Avenger mainly for FS9. Amazing that i asked you about this airfield while it has virtually been my home airport for so many years !..... ;-)) Must say i did not visit KRDG in MSFS yet, there's so unbelievably much to see but i'll be flying overthere right away now. I figure it's just a simple stock version of the airport so likely there won't be much of a MAAM hangar to see just yet.... Thank you very much again, VF Diaries ! LOVE the Tukan Trimotor ! 😎

That’s amazing the MAAM R4D was one of my favorite aircraft in FS9, I think I still have the install disk. Reading isn’t my home field, Wings field is but i use Reading a-lot in the sim. I just picked up a freeware scenery for KRDG off of Flightsim.to it released a couple days ago I have not have had chance to check it out yet, I am hoping it’s good because default KRDG is not very good.

@@V_F_Diaries Because we had access to all aircraft of the MAAM collection for us flightsim aircraft developers it was an exceptional privilege and lots of fun to create the models. Not only we learned everything about the flight characteristics of each plane we modeled but also got to fly in them. Thanks for the tip about the freeware KRDG scenery ! Wonderful ! The MAAM hangar seems to be there (according to the screenies), pity the designer didn't put the 3 Maam-Sim models in it. Maybe later... hopefully....;-) Thanks very much again VF Diaries ! ;-)

It is a easier helicopter to learn on, but i caution that it might actually be too easy and when you transition to a more realistic flight model you’ll have to learn all over again. That is default Edinburgh…when I made this I had not updated anything yet. I was also experimenting with adjusting saturation and Hue, color via my graphics card settings at the time, which i agree about the look and have since dropped all my adjustments. Yup that’s what i want to do take the plane for a nice long flight but it will definitely be live. The reason i push for more modern amenities in a planes as an option is more for the sake of the simmer that is new who may not understand the mechanics of conventional navigation. But i enjoy all of it the modern and old. My favorite thing in the sim is to actually take a plane like the Curtis jenny where the only thing is a compass for navigation, it’s a valuable skill to have, and fly out into the countryside.

I agree and i enjoy watching long videos of plane especially ones i want to buy, but what i am learning from my youtube journey is that the long review videos just aren’t that popular and that is why you see creators putting out reviews no longer than 30mins. That’s why i like livestreams get to demonstrate the plane in all its glory in unique locations.
