We Are to Overcome as Christ Overcame, May 29 We Strive for Perfection These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In short, man must overcome as Christ overcame. And then, through the victory that it is his privilege to gain by the all-powerful name of Jesus, he may become an heir of God and joint-heir with Jesus Christ. This could not be the case if Christ alone did all the overcoming. Man must do his part; he must be victor on his own account, through the strength and grace that Christ gives him. Man must be a co-worker with Christ in the labor of overcoming, and then he will be partaker with Christ in His glory.85 The Saviour overcame to show man how he may overcome. All the temptations of Satan, Christ met with the Word of God. Try being 85 to begin. I'm now 87 in October. It's not easy for sure. Praying I can live long enough to experience these things and to share with others and work for God

Messages like this one should not be a rarity. We should be hearing them regularly in our churches. Vatican 2 has seen to it that we are not. It has everyone singing, swinging and celebrating. Unfortunately most SDA today do not even know what the word ECUMENISM, OR ECUMENICAL means. There has been so much cosying up to Rome that many think that Rome has changed. It has not, except that it has the biggest army of soldiers working assiduously to UNDO what Protestantism has done. They are so confident in their success now, they are no longer working secretly. They are working in the open.The Pope, himself is a Jesuit.

SDAs focus on the whole Bible. Its not true we only focus on the sabbath. Are you guilty of not keeping the sabbath when you know it is the truth from Gods Holy Wordand use this just to get at SDAs? SDAs are renowned for being students of the Word. Are you reading yours and seeking to find truth? God blesd you as you seek Gods Holy Spirit for wisdom and understanding and all who longs to know the scripture will find the answers in His Holy Word.
