My Sunday workout: 5 mile run 20 minute HIIT workout: Using 10 pound dumbbells- A)push-ups B) dumbbell reverse flys C) alternating iso hold dumbbell curls D) neutral grip skull crushers E) lateral/front raise complex F)squats G)step back lunges *perform each workout until form is compromised then immediately move to the next workout. First I show my strength circuit which consisted of 3 rounds with 6 workouts total. Each workout performed for 15 repetitions. Here are combos I used during this particular boxing workout. One way of training I use is focusing on one combo each round with some smaller combos and single punches in between.
