Great way to bend and keep a pretty corner. Just remember you must reward the entire joint because it has nearly zero strength.

Don't do this. That Tool is unsafe now Never take out a large bearing to put a small bearing in its place😂😂😂 Let alone not putting new ones back. You put a large worn-out old bearing at the end middle small thrust Bearing other end small insufficient bearing at the end. This is clown work😂😂😂
Total run out is satisfied... replacing two bearing by three ones in spite of thrust makes it reliable.. and the result is not bad!!
@@Mr.Experience. no but keep thinking It is the only one suffering is your customers your errors are running Throw your shop and throw all of your work Being you're using smaller bearings, they can handle the same load.or rpms
In some cases we have to restore things that are not precise or reliable so becsuse of precision purpose I decided to have that modification...but i will check the load as well...
Bad idea ! Should have kept the two bearings and added the same size third x3 simple and easy . All deep grove 😊

I like to see the use of the four jaw chuck ! Nice accessories for thread cutting . Perhaps a sulfur based high pressure cutting oil would be better for thread cutting with the die ?
4 jaw chuck is also very practical for eccentric application and special oil used for thread cutting with the die...

@Mr.Experience. Gas compressor. Interesting. What type of gas? Some very nice manual machining. One of the hardest manual seups there is, in my opinion.
WRONG CUTTING OIL.
It's not cutting oil. It's cutting fluid. I have seen both used extensively in heavy industry. It's a catch 22. Yes it has much less shear strength than oil, but it cools exponentially better. Overall die life is probably comparable on mild steel or alloys. Only place fluid won't work is roll threading. You got to have good heavy oil for that.

Да старый, но раньше делали качество. У меня токарный hurco 10 лет, уже сменил 2 двигателя и 1 патрон. Рядом стоит старый станок чпу из Польши, за 30 лет насос на помпу умер и всё.
