5L jerry can from 66bhp isn’t fitting in the 70L bag. The chain won’t close.
A jerry can of size: Width: 9inches x Height: 12inches x Breath: 5inches will easily fit inside the side pocket of the Rhino 70L Tail Bag.

One doubt i own a hunter 350. I am planning to buy this bag but am confused whether this can be placed over the back carrier as in the video it is placed above pillion seat. I have a pillion also hence the confusion
If the back carrier is more than 10 inches long then this bag will fit on it, yet as there will be less space to fix the back strap you may have to use additional bungees to secure the bag. Primarily this bag is designed to fit on the pillion seat and for Solo travel..

I have the same bag, is saddle stay needed for meteor 350 for this bag?
I bought this bag and used for my Mumbai - Kerala ride. Its very good and performed well in heavy rain. I only improvement I will suggest is please provide zips with lock enabled holes. like some travel bags provides. so we can tie two zips together and lock them with small locks. as many times we need to keep our luggage on bike while visiting spots. the lock will reduce the worry. :)

Issue with handle rotation
There is no issue with Handle Rotation if installed properly...
