This is me experimenting with different exercise techniques, seeing the results and showing you them.
this is because I want to know what really works and I want to record the journey from the beginning.
only after they have achieved it we can see the results of who already built a great body and we don't really have the record of their journey (as far as I know) (even if we have the transformation videos, they only show the final result).
